Coordinate catch aggregation schedules and welfare scheme disbursal across 9 coastal fisheries societies.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day delivery of fisheries cooperative coordinator duties across Kerala State Fisheries Cooperative Federation's fisheries & aquaculture operations.
• Coordinate with member societies and field staff in and around Kochi, Kerala to keep work on schedule.
• Apply Cooperative Management best practices and report outcomes to the cooperative's board.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff as the Kerala State Fisheries Cooperative Federation team grows.
